Do I have to give my employees paid vacation?

California does not require you to provide paid vacation to your employees.  However, if you provide it for one, you have to provide it for all.  Further, if you provide paid vacation, this is considered wages and you must pay your employee all accrued but unused vacation pay upon termination.
